Gribbled Boat Bar Necklace – Recycled silver with dotty texture with teadrop dangles

A stunning necklace inspired by a great oak rib of a raised shipwreck, nibbled by gribble worms and dripping with mermaids tears…

Hammered with my favourite hammer (which was my Dads favourite hammer, which he gifted to me) on my battered old metal block to create subtle textures alongside the punchmarks.

As with all my jewellery, I spent a lot of time finishing this piece off to achieve a very smooth, tactile surface that you will want to run your fingers over and over. The teardrops are lovely and tempting to play with and also create a lovely gentle tinkle asa you move.

The chain is secured at the back with a simple ‘S’ clasp and measures 48.5 cm long, the bar is 6.5 cm wide, the total length is 55 cm.
