Driftwood Nesting Bird

This is a small wire and driftwood wall hanging.

Great for a small special gift maybe for somebody having a baby?! Also great for nature lovers and kids who love nature.

This piece is made to order so yours will vary from those in the images; the images show 3 similar pieces of this design.
I will select a nice piece of my driftwood for you and set my wire drawings on it.

If you wish to choose the bird in a different colour, please select from the variations. The nest is in copper wire and the bulrushes are in black enamelled copper wire.

I collect my driftwood from my local beaches in the south west of the UK in Devon and Cornwall; it gets tested for strength then scrubbed clean when I get home.

It measures approximately 12 – 15 cm wide and 8 – 11 cm high and hangs from transparent fishing line – as it is light it really just needs a pin or small tack to hang from or tape on the window.
