Modern bold contemporary design Blue necklace made from beach plastic with brass chain. Abstract shape with silver and pink accent

This gorgeous blue is actually a piece of plastic I’ve been carrying around for years and years, I think I probably picked it up from the end of the beach at Perranporth (all my best bits of plastic come from down there) It shows all the marks from being bobbed about at sea and battered on rocks for who knows how long before being washed up on the beach.  They tell a story of its previous life probably as a crate on a fishing boat. The pink is cut from a bit of flourescent pink fishing buoy also litter picked from a beach. It has a silver nugget and brass waves and chain.

It has a lovely solid feel to it when being worn, and it is a completely unique piece of art jewellery.

The pendant measures 10 cm x 4 cm

The chain from clasp to pendant each side measures 31 cm and fastens with a simple ‘S’ clasp at the back.
